How long does it take to receive my order?
For international orders, Air logistics from receiving our goods to delivering to you within 12-30 business days via USPS, DHL, or FedEx International. We are not responsible for duty & taxes incurred in the destination country.
Generally speaking, we need to spend 2~4 working days to process and ship your order. It is expected that the goods will be received within 12~25 days after our delivery (VIP order is generally 8~15 days to receive the goods)
DIY orders will take more additional 1~2 working days for production.
We support free shipping on orders over $49 USD(Except for free products), and we also support Fast delivery with a shipping cost of 25~30 dollars.
Where is my order coming from?
All orders ship from our distribution center in Hong Kong WareHouse.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on “TRACKING MY ORDER” and you will be taken to the tracking page.
My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?
Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, except the following OFAC countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
